What does hiring with Team Hatch cost?
Hatch Hire is A$4,500 A$3,999 + GST during our year-end hiring offer. Save A$501 on the one-off recruitment fee per offshore team member, whether full-time or part-time. Your team member’s salary is separate and agreed for the role.

What if I don’t know which role I need?
That’s a good reason to have the call. Bring the tasks taking up your week, and we’ll help separate them into a realistic role. You don’t need a finished job description to get started.
Will they work during our business hours?
Yes. We can recruit for your Australian 9 to 5, or agree on an overlap that suits both sides. The Philippines is only two hours behind Australia’s east coast, or three where daylight saving applies. An overlapping workday is common, and we agree the hours with you and your team member before they start.
Do I still need to manage them?
You still lead your team member day to day: set priorities, provide the tools and training, and give feedback. We stay involved to help as you settle in and when questions come up. Our management portals help you keep track of the work at a glance, so it’s easier to see what’s happening and what needs your attention.
How long does hiring take?
Typically 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the role, candidate availability and interview timing. We’ll discuss a realistic timeline and suitable start date before you commit.
What if it isn’t the right fit?
Hatch Hire includes a six-month replacement guarantee. If something isn’t working, speak with us so we can understand the issue and work through the replacement process.
What about employment and payroll?
Optional Hatch Compliance is A$350 + GST per month, per offshore team member. Our Philippines EOR partner administers employment, payroll and HR. Salary, statutory benefits and employment costs are separate from this service fee. We’ll explain the arrangements before you decide.
