What does hiring with Team Hatch cost?
A$4,500 once per offshore team member for Hatch Hire, whether full-time or part-time. Your team member’s salary is separate and agreed for the role.

What if I don’t know which role I need?
That’s a good reason to have the call. Bring the tasks taking up your week, and we’ll help separate them into a realistic role. You don’t need a finished job description to get started.
Will they work during our business hours?
We scope working hours around your role and discuss them with candidates before you hire. Philippines and Australian working days can overlap, so you can agree a schedule that works for your team.
Do I still need to manage them?
Yes. Hatch Hire is recruitment for your own team member. You provide the brief, tools, priorities, training and feedback. We help you find the right person; we don’t manage their daily workload for you.
How long does hiring take?
Typically 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the role, candidate availability and interview timing. We’ll discuss a realistic timeline and suitable start date before you commit.
What if it isn’t the right fit?
Hatch Hire includes a six-month replacement guarantee. If something isn’t working, speak with us so we can understand the issue and work through the replacement process.
What about employment and payroll?
Optional Hatch Compliance is A$350 + GST per month, per offshore team member. Our Philippines EOR partner administers employment, payroll and HR. Salary, statutory benefits and employment costs are separate from this service fee. We’ll explain the arrangements before you decide.
