For Hatch Hire, we screen and interview candidates before presenting a shortlist. You meet them, we join the interviews and you make the final choice.
Will they work in our systems?
We match for the tools and experience your role needs. Your team member works in your systems, with access you control.
What if I only need a little support?
Hatch Flex includes 20 hours of task-based support per month, per offshore team member. You have a primary matched team member within a shared pool, and can cancel anytime.
What if a Hire placement doesn't work out?
Hatch Hire includes a six-month replacement guarantee. We explain the terms before you start.
Can you help with onboarding and payroll?
Hatch Launch adds structured onboarding support. Optional Philippines employer-of-record support is available for employment administration and payroll.
